Shared Services Canada is seeking suppliers to provide project management services under TBIPS Tier 2, Stream 5, with bids due Nov. 18, according to a notice on CanadaBuys published Oct. 21.
The requirement covers Project Executives (P5), Project Coordinators (P7), Project Leaders (P8) and Project Managers (P9) at levels 2 and 3. Positions have English and bilingual options and Reliability and Secret security.
Only current TBIPS supply arrangement holders for Tier 2 under EN578-170432 have been invited to bid. Work will be requested on an as-and-when-needed basis.
GovMarket records since 2017 show that in 2026 the department has signed 649 contracts worth C$961.2 million. Its past IT and software suppliers include IBM Canada with 304 contracts worth C$4.35 billion and Microsoft Canada with 263 worth C$2.13 billion.
