About

The Province is seeking a supplier for the acquisition, implementation and support of a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) solution to manage specific ITSM practices and enable effective, efficient IT service delivery aligned with the ITIL v4 framework.
