About

The Defence Investment Agency, on behalf of the Department of National Defence, is seeking a supplier for the acquisition of a Medium Uncrewed Aircraft System (UAS) capability to support defence and security operations including intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance, situational awareness, force protection, training, experimentation and other operational requirements. Offer submissions are due by 27 October 2026 at 14:00 EDT. The procurement requires the supply and delivery of a minimum of forty (40) UAS systems with associated payloads, ground control stations, support equipment, technical publications, spare parts, software and firmware support, and train-the-trainer services, plus obligations for airworthiness support, cybersecurity assurance, supply chain security, spectrum supportability, configuration management and lifecycle sustainment. This procurement is limited to qualified suppliers holding a Stream 1 Supply Arrangement under the Defence Drone Initiative (DDI).
