About

Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) is seeking a supplier for a structured twelve-month AI adoption and implementation-support pilot to help multiple PSPC organizations identify, assess, prioritize and plan AI opportunities within their business areas. The successful supplier will deliver a coordinated program combining advisory support, facilitated learning, organizational readiness and implementation assessments, implementation planning, knowledge transfer, ongoing participant engagement, workshops and collaborative activities, and the development of repeatable practices, lessons learned and implementation approaches to support future AI adoption. The objective is to advance organizational readiness for AI adoption while helping participating groups develop practical, implementable AI opportunities through a common framework and coordinated approach.
