The County is seeking quotations from qualified engineering consulting firms to provide assessment, design, and contract administration services for the lifecycle replacement of electrical and mechanical components supporting the deep and recreation pool systems at Millennium Place, 2000 Premier Way, Sherwood Park, Alberta. Deliverables include assessment of existing electrical, piping, pumping, valving, and associated infrastructure; investigation of buried piping systems; development of replacement and optimization recommendations; preparation of phased design documents; and provision of tendering and construction support services to facilitate later project implementation, with the selected respondent entering into the County’s standard professional consulting services agreement. Respondents must demonstrate the qualifications, resources, and experience to deliver the full assessment, design, tender, and contract administration scope, including stakeholder engagement, construction cost estimating, site inspections, commissioning support, and warranty-period services while minimizing disruption to Millennium Place operations and users.
