About

Defence Construction Canada (DCC) and the Department of National Defence are seeking a supplier to provide all labour, material, supervision and equipment for base janitorial services at CFB Shilo, Manitoba. The work covers internal and external janitorial cleaning including disinfecting door handles and bathroom fixtures, floor strip/refinishing, sweeping, vacuuming and damp mopping, pool deck and sauna cleaning, carpet and furniture shampooing, waste removal and glass cleaning. This Advance Procurement Notice (not a solicitation) indicates an estimated value of approximately $4,000,000 over two years with potential three one-year extensions and a total potential value of about $10,000,000 over five years; the solicitation is anticipated to be posted in November 2026 with contract commencement in April 2027.
