About

Sir Winston Churchill Provincial Park is seeking a supplier for repair and waterproofing of the staff residence foundation and the restoration of the basement living space following a 2024 flood. The work includes exterior measures to address water infiltration through foundation repairs, drainage improvements, roof drainage modifications and replacement of affected hardscaping, and interior work to restore the basement from its current stripped-to-studs condition into a code-compliant three-bedroom, one-bathroom living area as budget allows. The park is located approximately 11 km from the community of Lac La Biche and two staff bedrooms have been taken out of service due to the flood.
