About

Bethesda Regional Health Centre is seeking a contractor to disconnect and remove existing boilers B-1, B-2, B-3 and B-4 and their associated circulation pumps, and to install new boilers B-102, B-103 and B-104 and associated circulation pumps. The owner has already procured boilers B-102 and B-103; under this contract the listed equipment must be installed according to the information provided for tender, and the contractor must assume the manufacturer’s warranty for all equipment, including owner-supplied units. Work must be planned to avoid interrupting heating capacity at the central plant and is anticipated to be carried out in a minimum of two phases.
