About

The Canada Revenue Agency is seeking information on AI-powered solutions to support employees learning their second official language (English or French). In response to the modernization of the Official Languages Act, the CRA aims to maintain and strengthen bilingual capacity, support succession planning, and ensure services in both official languages by assessing the feasibility of a scalable, accessible language learning solution aligned with CRA corporate and Government of Canada requirements.
