About

Agriculture and Irrigation is seeking a contractor to perform an underwater inspection and condition assessment of the Carolside Dam low-level outlet (LLO) conduits upstream of the gatewell. The scope includes a review of existing information, drawings, reports and construction records for the LLO conduit; an underwater camera inspection of the 45 m upstream conduit to collect high-resolution video showing the extent and severity of any deterioration; an inspection report identifying any anomalies, accumulations and/or conduit damage with their locations; and separate high-definition video files for the inspection of each conduit that are clear enough to identify deterioration and oddities.
