About

Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC), on behalf of Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC), is seeking industry feedback on the planned procurement documentation for the renewal of the Credit and Tracking System (CATS). CATS is an online tracking, registration and reporting system required to support the federal Output Based Pricing System (OBPS) established under the Greenhouse Gas Pollution Pricing Act (GGPPA), and to support the Greenhouse Gas Offset Credit System (Offsets) and the Clean Fuel Regulations (CFR) established under the GGPPA and the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999 (CEPA). This second Request for Information (RFI) aims to obtain supplier input on draft procurement documents to help shape a fair, open and competitive solicitation before a formal Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued.
