Tender: Chandelier Glass Component Repair — Government House, Winnipeg

The Government of Manitoba, Department of Public Service Delivery, is seeking a contractor to perform chandelier glass component repair as described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix 3). The Buy Manitoban Buy Canadian (BMBC) policy applies and preference may be given to Manitoban or Canadian vendors, Canadian content, and Canadian-produced materials; Manitoba and the contractor must collaborate to identify Canadian-made alternative products where a non-Canadian product is proposed, with any cost variances supported by invoices and receipts. The service will be performed at the proponent’s facility: Manitoba will ship the damaged chandelier component to the successful proponent, and the proponent shall package and return the repaired component to Government House, 10 Kennedy Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba. All proposal questions must be submitted to RFP Contact Irma Melegrito at [email protected] by October 20, 2026, and bids must be uploaded via MERX by November 2, 2026 at 4:00:00 P.M. CDT; proponents may not contact Manitoba representatives other than the RFP Contact.
