The City of Calgary is seeking a supplier for an integrated online survey and panel management solution for the Corporate Research Team that supports the design, distribution, administration, analysis and reporting of internal and public surveys and can manage citizen and stakeholder research panels exceeding 10,000 members. The scope includes implementation, proof of concept, system configuration, integration, training, support, maintenance and ongoing account management. The City requires a scalable, user-friendly platform with advanced survey programming, distribution and reporting capabilities, robust panel management functionality, strong security and privacy controls, Canadian data hosting, accessibility compliance and integration with the City's technology environment, including single sign-on. The objective is to establish a long-term solution to enhance the City's ability to conduct research, engage residents and employees, support data-informed decision-making and accommodate future growth; proposals will be evaluated on business and functional capabilities, vendor experience and qualifications, security and technical requirements, pricing and solution demonstration.
