About

City of Toronto is seeking a supplier for water treatment services as described in Part 3 and the Contract for its Seniors Services and Long-Term Care division. Bids will only be accepted from Canadian Suppliers and Trade Partner Suppliers in accordance with CETA; bids from USA-based suppliers will be deemed non-compliant and rejected. The successful supplier must either execute the Contract or acknowledge the Contract via the City's purchase order, and the City intends to enter into a Contract with only one legal entity. The Contract term is one year with an option for the City to extend on the same terms for up to an additional four years. Suppliers should review the terms and conditions set out in Part 2 (FORM OF AGREEMENT) to understand the Contract. Pre-bid meeting: N/A.
