The Canadian Embassy in Beirut is seeking a supplier for routine, periodic and additional cleaning services to maintain a clean, safe and professional environment at its Chancery in Spark Tower Bldg, 2415 Sin El Fil, Beirut, Lebanon. Services must meet the specifications in the Statement of Work and must not interfere with daily operations or the activities of occupants, clients or visitors. The Embassy occupies 3,550 m2 across parts of the Ground Floor, 14th, 15th, 16th (including the mezzanine), and 17th floors of an 18-floor building, plus parking spaces, storage rooms and guards’ and drivers’ rooms. While most work will be at the Sin El Fil Chancery, cleaning staff may be required to provide similar services at the Official Residence of the Ambassador, at apartments of diplomatic staff in Ashrafieh, or at other venues as required. Periodical exterior window cleaning of staff quarters may be requested and will be paid following an approved offer and invoice, with pricing quoted per occurrence and approved by the contracting authority before work begins.
