About

Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement is seeking a contractor for the construction of four passing lanes and an intersection treatment on Highway No. 3 from 4.88 km to 25.35 km north of the junction with Highway No. 25, a total distance of 10.01 km. The work includes earth excavation (97,000 m3) with 100% maximum density required for earth embankments, sub-base supply (53,500 t), granular base course in place (29,500 t), asphalt concrete in place (EPS) (14,000 t), and supply and installation of culverts by tunnelling or boring (332 m). Completion date is November 30, 2027. Bidders must submit inquiries at least 3 business days prior to close of bidding directed to the Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement, may request a debriefing within 30 days after award notification, and must include a 5% deposit with each tender.
