About

Alberta Transportation and Economic Corridors is seeking a consultant to provide preliminary engineering, detailed design, contract tendering, contract administration, construction and fabrication supervision, post-construction work, and warranty inspection for four culvert replacement projects: the culvert carrying HWY 756:02 over Prentice Creek (BF72243), the culvert carrying HWY 761:04 over Blueberry Creek (BF07696), the culvert carrying HWY 22:28 (Cattlepass) (BF78994), and the culvert carrying HWY 761:08 over a tributary to Wilson Creek (BF70722). This RFP is only open to the three short‑listed prequalified consultants named in the RFEI (LEX3 Engineering Inc., Tetra Tech Canada Inc., and WSP Canada Inc.). Proposals must be submitted as two separate PDF files (Part One: qualification submission; Part Two: fee proposal), each under 10 MB, and no payment will be made for proposal preparation; selection will be based on best overall value to Alberta Transportation and Economic Corridors rather than lowest cost.
