About

Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement is seeking a contractor to decommission an existing wood box culvert and to supply and install one 1,050 mm diameter by 23 m long smooth-wall steel pipe culvert and one 1,650 mm diameter by 42 m long smooth-wall steel pipe culvert by boring at locations on Highway No. 9, Highway No. 39 and Highway No. 80. Estimated quantities include 65 m of culvert supply and installation by tunnelling or boring, 140 m3 of culvert decommissioning and 200 m3 of random riprap Type 1. Work is to be completed in two phases with Phase I by March 3, 2027 and Phase II by July 15, 2027. Bidders must direct inquiries to the Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement at least 3 business days prior to bid close, a 5% deposit of the total bid is required with each tender, and bidders may request a debriefing within 30 days after award notification.
