Indigenous Services Canada is seeking a supplier for development, QA/testing and technical architecture services on an as-and-when-required basis via Task Authorizations under the TBIPS Supply Arrangement; the requirement is open only to TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders under EN578-170432 who qualified under Tier 1 for the region/metropolitan area and specified categories. The requirement requests Level 3 resources as follows: 2 Testers (A.11), 6 Web Developers (A.14) and 2 Technical Architects (I.10), and is intended to result in the award of two (2) contracts. The proposed contract period is from award to one year later with three additional one-year option periods, with an estimated level of effort of approximately 240 days per year per resource. Security requirements include Designated Organization Screening (DOS) for corporate security, personnel screening at the level of RELIABILITY, and document safeguarding at PROTECTED B; the procurement may be set aside under the Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business if two or more compliant bids are received from certified Indigenous businesses.
