EDC is seeking a supplier to provide and operate a secure, customizable online Branded Merchandise platform that allows authorized EDC employees to order approved branded merchandise through a centralized storefront. The selected single vendor will be responsible for end-to-end service delivery including product sourcing, storage and inventory management, warehousing, pick-and-pack services, fulfillment and domestic and international delivery, while managing brand compliance and providing governance and administrative capabilities such as approvals, budget controls and reporting; where feasible priority should be given to Canadian-made and Canadian-supplied products. The solution is intended to centralize branded merchandise management, improve operational efficiency and cost control, ensure consistent brand application, enable governed self-service ordering, and increase access to approved items for business orders and personal purchases.
