Tender: Electrical Engineering Prime Consultant for Lowe Road EV Charging Stations, Saskatoon — Phase One (Indigenous Offers)

Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) is seeking an electrical engineering firm to act as the Prime Consultant with a multi-disciplinary team of sub-consultants for Phase One of the Lowe Road electric vehicle charging stations project in Saskatoon. This phase is limited to Indigenous offers and will evaluate the required Indigenous Eligibility Certification; qualified offerors will be invited in Phase Two to submit technical and financial bids. The work scope includes replacing the main transformer and associated distribution systems to accommodate new EV charging infrastructure, with site electrical service supplied by the City of Saskatoon via a utility-owned pad-mounted transformer connected to the maintenance building’s main distribution center. Late submissions will not be considered, and failure to provide the completed Indigenous Eligibility Certification may render an offer non-compliant, although the Contracting Authority may at its discretion allow a deadline for submission.
