About

The City of Toronto is seeking a supplier for electrical systems maintenance and repair across various City divisions and sites managed by Corporate Real Estate Management. The RFP invites prospective suppliers to submit bids for work detailed in Parts 3 (Requirements for Deliverables) and 4 (Submission Forms) of the bid package; Properties, buildings, divisions and work are organized into five Property Groups as explained in Part 5. Suppliers may submit a bid for one or more Property Groups, and the City intends to enter agreements with up to two legal entities (a Primary and a Secondary Supplier) for each of Property Groups 1–4 and one legal entity for Property Group 5.
