About

The City's Water & Wastewater team is seeking a supplier for emergency and planned construction and repair services on municipal water and wastewater infrastructure. The Supplier must provide all labour, supervision, equipment, tools, vehicles and materials to complete repair, replacement and construction activities in compliance with the Deliverables and all applicable legislation and safety standards, and must perform work using qualified personnel and maintained equipment to ensure safe, reliable operations. The scope generally excludes major capital projects and work inside water and wastewater facilities but may include minor capital work and field-fit design tasks. The Supplier will support ongoing municipal operations by minimizing service interruptions, coordinating with City staff, adapting to field conditions, communicating promptly about scheduling and system issues, diagnosing and troubleshooting infrastructure problems, recommending solutions, completing corrective repairs and responding to emergencies.
