About

Alberta Transportation and Economic Corridors is seeking a consultant to provide preliminary engineering, detailed design, contract tendering, construction supervision and contract management, and post-construction and warranty inspection services for asphalt concrete pavement (ACP) and related works on specified segments of Highways 43 and 49. Work under CON0025816 covers Hwy 43:08 L1 Km 1.140 to Km 22.400, Hwy 49:12 C1 Km 43.500 to Km 47.160, and Hwy 43:08 R1 Km 1.140 to Km 14.000; work under CON0025817 covers Hwy 43:10 L1 Km 15.966 to Km 19.730 and L1 Km 29.600 to Km 47.250, and Hwy 43:12 L1 Km 11.578 to Km 21.640. Proposals are being requested only from the three pre-qualified firms listed (Associated Engineering Alberta Ltd., Stantec Consulting Ltd., and Tetra Tech Canada Inc.) and submissions from others will not be reviewed. The proposal must be submitted as two separate PDF files (Part One: Technical Qualifications; Part Two: Proposal Fee), each under 10MB. This is a Request for Proposal; selection will be based on best overall value, no costs for proposal preparation will be paid, and Alberta Transportation and Economic Corridors may request clarifications, accept a proposal without negotiation, reject proposals without negotiation, or negotiate changes with the successful proponent.
