About

Alberta Transportation and Economic Corridors is seeking a consultant to provide preliminary engineering, detailed design, contract tendering, contract administration, construction and fabrication supervision, and post-construction and warranty inspection for BF77212-1, a concrete and/or asphalt overlay with/without waterproofing membrane on the Strawberry Creek Bridge on Highway 622 at the northeast boundary of Telfordville, AB. This RFP is only open to the three short-listed proponents named from RFEI 2026-05 (AECOM Canada ULC; Most Engineering (2001) Ltd.; Mott MacDonald Canada Ltd.); submissions from other parties will be returned without review. Proposals must be submitted as two separate PDF files—Part One (qualification submission) and Part Two (fee proposal)—with each PDF under 10 MB. No payment will be made for proposal preparation, and consultant selection will be based on the best overall value to Alberta Transportation and Economic Corridors, not necessarily the lowest cost.
