Shared Services Canada (SSC) is seeking a supplier for an enterprise-level Data Erasure software solution to serve Government of Canada departments and agencies across Canada. The solution must perform data erasure (also known as data wiping, data destruction, data sanitation, or secure deletion) by overwriting data onto all sectors of storage devices in an irreversible process so previously stored information is rendered completely irrecoverable. There is no security requirement associated with this solicitation. Bids must be submitted by email to the Contracting Authority at [email protected], documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada, SSC retains the right to negotiate with suppliers, and responders must submit all questions to the Contracting Authority; the procurement is referenced as REQ211428 and includes Amendment 000.
