The University of Lethbridge is seeking a supplier for the provision, licensing, hosting, maintenance, and ongoing support of a modern Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Student Information System (SIS) solution to modernize core administrative and student-facing processes. The solution must reduce reliance on paper forms, spreadsheets and manual approvals through workflows, digital forms and automation; improve data quality, reporting and analytics; enable secure, role-based self-service for students, applicants, academic and administrative staff, managers, budget owners and advisors; establish system-of-record capabilities for financial, employee, vendor, student, academic and institutional data; support business process standardization while allowing necessary variation for policy, collective agreement or regulatory requirements; meet Canadian public-sector, post-secondary, privacy, accessibility, reporting, payroll, procurement, tax and compliance obligations; and provide a scalable, supportable, configurable platform that minimizes unnecessary customization and supports accessibility and inclusion.
