The Government of Canada is seeking industry input to modernize and optimize its Application Performance Management (APM2) enterprise observability platform used to monitor the health and performance of GC IT infrastructure, applications and datacentre observability. This Request for Information asks for comprehensive insight on viable infrastructure and application performance observability platform solutions that support continuous monitoring and tracking of availability and performance while providing deeper ad-hoc visibility for diagnosis. The GC intends to use responses to inform future procurement strategies and to establish procurement vehicle(s) that provide access to IT observability platform solutions and supporting services to meet the Government’s diverse operational and security requirements, aiming to reduce risk, increase agility and ensure long-term availability and performance of its IT systems.
