Rural Municipality of The Gap No. 39 is seeking a contractor for gravel crushing at SW 03-05-21-W2 to produce approximately 40,000 cubic yards of 7/8 inch gravel and 10,000–15,000 cubic yards of 1 1/2 inch gravel (total 50,000–55,000 cubic yards). The successful contractor must provide all necessary equipment, labour, fuel, supervision and other resources, and submit pricing per cubic yard for each gravel size, equipment information, estimated production, proposed start and completion dates, and applicable insurance/WCB information. The RM may consider price, experience, equipment, schedule, ability to complete the work, quality of material and other factors, and reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders; the highest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. Tenders close Friday, November 13, 2026 at 3:00 p.m.; submit one original or one electronic copy of the completed Bid Form (Appendix E) labelled with the Tender Title, bidder name and address, and Contract# GAP2026-03.
