Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is seeking a supplier to provide Inspection, Testing and Maintenance (ITM) services for fire detection and foam suppression systems (AFFF). Proposals will be evaluated using the established RFP criteria to select the proponent with the highest total score and must be submitted via the MERX Electronic Bidding System by the stated closing date; this solicitation is conducted under CFTA, CETA Chapter Nineteen and the WTO‑GPA. The RFP includes service requirements for Years 1–3 (as per the SOW and annexes) and four option periods for Years 4–7, with prime cost allowances listed as $60,000 for Years 1–3 and $20,000 for each of Years 4, 5, 6 and 7.
