The City of Leduc is seeking an experienced civil consultant to join an Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) team as a Project Partner for the West Campus Recreation Project – Phase 1, a multi-year initiative to expand recreation amenities. The project is envisioned as a multi-use recreation site that could bring a variety of indoor and outdoor amenities together in one location to complement existing facilities such as the Leduc Recreation Centre and community sport fields, with the goal of addressing long-term recreation needs driven by population growth, changing participation patterns, and capacity pressures at existing facilities. The City intends to use an IPD procurement and delivery model that incorporates target value design to maximize value within a public funding model.
