About

Request for standing offer is seeking suppliers for National Master Standing Offers for into‑plane aviation fuels to be delivered to various locations in Canada on an as‑and‑when requested basis from the date of standing offer issuance up to and including May 31, 2028, in accordance with Canadian General Standards Board standards or ASTM International standards as applicable. This solicitation cancels and supersedes the previous request for standing offer E60HL-260050-C (dated September 10, 2026 with a closing of September 28, 2026 at 2:00 PM EDT); late submissions will not be considered or accepted; the solicitation is open only to Canadian suppliers and to suppliers of an Applicable Trading Partner, and a debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to offerors who provided offers on the previous request.
