About

A small urban municipality is seeking a supplier for IT support services for Team Calmar (19 staff, 5 Council members, and 2–5 seasonal staff). The Successful Proponent will provide technical support, troubleshooting and expert advice, and will maintain the network hardware and software while ensuring continuous, timely communication. The role includes maintaining a secure network environment at all times, operating an efficient IT ticketing system for fast remote and/or on-site problem resolution, keeping Team Calmar connected and competitive, offering sustainable solutions that can be integrated into the Town’s operational and capital financial planning, and supporting strong communication between Team Calmar and the Proponent. The full scope of work is defined in Section 1 Scope of Services in Part II Project Requirements of the RFP.
