Lakeland College is seeking a collaborator to manage international student recruitment across Latin America by attending educational fairs, signing up for and providing marketing materials to events, organizing and delivering agent training, and conducting agent office and school visits. The collaborator must provide quarterly travel plans aligned with budgetary restrictions, assess event fit with Lakeland’s target market, organize and book economical travel, prioritize and coordinate visits efficiently, and train agents on programming options, financial requirements, accommodations, admission processes, and entry requirements. Effective, timely multi‑channel communication with prospective students and the ability to initiate and manage student communications are essential. Lakeland intends to select an experienced vendor for a three‑year term with the option to extend for two additional one‑year periods based on acceptable performance; the projected contract start date will depend on vendor availability.
