About

NL Health Services is seeking suppliers to be pre-qualified to provide leased residential housing for immediate and future needs across all Health Zones. This RFSQ, administered by NLHS, will establish a pool of qualified vendors eligible to participate in a later open call process to secure leased housing; it does not itself create any contract or binding obligation. Submissions will be accepted and reviewed on a biweekly basis beginning October 15, 2026, with compliant bids added to the qualified suppliers pool; the RFSQ remains open until April 1, 2027 and the resulting vendor pools will be available until May 2027. Landlords must abide by the Residential Tenancies Act 2018. Due to MERX platform restrictions, the open call will be closed and reposted biweekly until the final posting.
