About

Shared Services Canada (SSC) is seeking a supplier for maintenance, technical support, troubleshooting, programming, configuration, installation, commissioning and related professional services for SSC physical security systems at facilities in British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Prince Edward Island and Quebec. The work covers electronic access control and CCTV systems and may include corrective and preventative maintenance, repair, programming, configuration, technical support and associated professional services for systems using Lenel S2 OnGuard, Genetec and Avigilon, plus associated hardware, field devices, databases, communications infrastructure and related security equipment. SSC intends to award one contract for an initial 12‑month period with three optional 12‑month extensions (total up to four years). Facility security level required is Secret and personnel security required is Secret or Reliability depending on the requirement.
