Canoe Procurement Group of Canada and Sourcewell are seeking suppliers for stationary and mobile material processing and recycling equipment with related products and services to establish regional and/or national contract solutions for participating public agencies in Canada and the United States. The solicitation covers equipment principally used to recycle, recover, process, reduce, separate, screen, sort, or repurpose organic (non-food) waste, wood and green waste, construction and demolition debris, biomass, compost, mulch, rubber tires and similar materials, including grinders, chippers and shredders, conveyors, screens, compost turners, crushers and debris volume-reduction equipment, plus ancillary items such as attachments, replacement parts, controls, telematics, software and related services (installation, commissioning, maintenance, repair, training and field service). The solicitation excludes tree-care brush chippers, stump cutters and similar vegetation maintenance equipment and excludes glass and plastic recycling equipment, as well as equipment covered by specified pending or current Sourcewell solicitations. Proposals must be submitted only through the Sourcewell Procurement Portal and are due November 24, 2026 at 3:30 p.m. Central Time; any resulting contract term will be four years with up to three additional one-year extensions possible.
