About

Canoe Procurement Group of Canada and Sourcewell are seeking suppliers for scoreboards, digital displays and video boards with related services to establish regional and/or national contract solutions for use by participating governmental, education, not-for-profit and public agencies across Canada and the United States. The solicitation requests proposals for indoor and outdoor scoreboards and athletic scoring systems; video boards and large-format LED displays; digital displays and signage (including dvLED, video walls and flat-panel/interactive displays); integrated display, audio and production systems that are complementary to those products; and related services such as design, installation, commissioning, training, maintenance, monitoring, rental and replacement/removal. Proposals should support turnkey solutions or equipment-only options where appropriate, identify any subsidiaries or distributor/dealer networks included in the proposal, and will result in contracts with a four-year term with up to three additional one-year extensions; proposals are due December 1, 2026 at 3:30 p.m. Central Time.
