About

The Ministry is seeking a qualified vendor to safely operate and maintain a groundwater pump-and-treat system in Peterborough, Ontario. The system includes six pumping wells at 398 Monaghan Road and one pumping well at 550 Lansdowne St. that pump to a common treatment facility at 511 Romaine St. The vendor must provide licensed water treatment operators to capture a contaminated groundwater plume and discharge treated water into the municipal sewer system. The scope requires three weekly visits to verify operation and record all flows, pressures and hydro meter readings, and quarterly collection and analysis of samples to ensure compliance with sewer use by‑laws.
