About

Parkland County is seeking a professional engineering consulting firm to provide consulting services for the 2027 ACP Road Rehabilitation program. Services include Phase 1: preliminary engineering design and report, detailed engineering design with report and estimates, and preparation of a contractor procurement package with procurement support; and Phase 2: pre-construction meeting attendance, construction supervision, inspection and administration, plus post-construction inspection and administration. Budget is approved to advance Phase 1 in 2026; Phase 2 will be awarded only if additional budget approvals are granted (the County expects approval for Phase 2 in January 2027). Parkland County reserves the right to defer or cancel any phases and provides no guaranteed work following the award of Phase 1.
