Lloydminster Housing Authority is seeking a supplier for the removal and replacement of all plumbing lines in the six-floor Hallsholme Apartments at 4510 49th Avenue, Lloydminster SK, as detailed in the attached scope of work. Tender documents are available from SaskTenders; bids must be submitted electronically as a single PDF on the provided Bid Form and will be received until 2:00 P.M. Central Standard Time on October 14, 2026 (hardcopy, fax or telephone proposals are not accepted and hardcopy bids will be returned unopened). A mandatory on-site review meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, October 6th at 1:00 P.M. Saskatchewan Time at the front door of Hallsholme Apartments and contractors must complete the walkthrough to be eligible to bid; attendees are requested to confirm with Living Skies Housing Authority. Tenders of $100,000 and over must include an electronic copy of a Certified Cheque (front and back), an Irrevocable Letter of Credit, or a Bid Bond and ‘Consent of Surety’ equal to 10% of the tender. The lowest or any tender may not be accepted and the Owner may reject tenders from parties without reasonable acquaintance with the class of work; evidence of competency may be requested.
