About

HomeEd is seeking a supplier to prequalify as a general contractor to provide capital maintenance and suite renovation services at HomeEd residential properties within the City of Edmonton. The City of Edmonton Non‑Profit Housing Corporation, operating as HomeEd, invites prospective respondents to qualify to deliver the project work described in the RPQ Particulars (Appendix A). HomeEd owns and operates nearly 1300 units across 23 multi-family rental properties and the property map identifying locations that may require work is available at https://myhomeed.ca/edmonton-rental-search/. The primary objective of this RPQ and its associated roster competitions is to ensure qualified contractors are in place to support HomeEd’s residential property operations, and contractors must have established personnel, subcontractors, suppliers and processes to provide agility to deliver on tight timelines.
