Lac Ste. Anne Foundation is seeking a Prime Consultant to provide architectural services and lead coordination of design and engineering disciplines for the Mayerthorpe Project, a housing facility improvement supporting seniors housing and supportive living in Mayerthorpe, Alberta, with procurement administered by VS Partners Ltd. Required services include functional programming, stakeholder engagement, site master planning, schematic design, design development, regulatory approvals, construction documents, procurement support, construction administration, and project close-out. The project is planned in six phases (later phases subject to written Owner authorization); initial work includes pre-design, schematic design and site master planning, with final Phase 1 drawings targeted for January 15, 2027. Proposals must be submitted electronically in PDF by email or secure file transfer link by 2:00 p.m. Mountain Time on October 28, 2026, and written enquiries are accepted until 2:00 p.m. Mountain Time on October 21, 2026.
