Tender: Program Management and Implementation Services for ECOTECH under the Canada–Indonesia CEPA

Global Affairs Canada is seeking a Managing Contractor to provide program management and implementation services to support delivery of the Economic and Technical Cooperation (ECOTECH) Program established under the Canada‑Indonesia Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA). The Contract's objective is to provide the program management, technical, operational, administrative and implementation services required to support effective delivery of ECOTECH in accordance with the approved ECOTECH governance arrangements, Work Plan, applicable contractual requirements and Government of Canada policy and directives. The Managing Contractor will be responsible for the day-to-day management and implementation of approved ECOTECH activities within the authorities and parameters established by the Contract and approved governance arrangements.
