About

The Department of National Defence is seeking a supplier to provide two Level 2 (intermediate) Engineering Graduates and one Level 3 (senior) Engineering Graduate to support the Directorate Maritime Equipment Program Management – Submarines (DMEPM (SM)) for delivery and management of the DND-owned Submarine Material Certification Policy and Course as set out in the Statement of Work. This services requirement is limited to Supply Arrangement holders under E60ZT-180026 or E60ZT-180027 qualified at Tier 1 for category 12.3, and the RFP will be e-mailed directly to invited SA holders; the proposed contract runs from Date of Contract to 14 October 2028 with three one-year option periods to 14 October 2031, and the estimated level of effort is 507 days for the initial period and 255 days per option year. Security and compliance requirements include Reliability-level company and personnel screening, PROTECTED document safeguarding, adherence to the Controlled Goods Program, and compliance with Treasury Board policies on contracts awarded to former public servants.
