About

The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) is seeking a supplier for a National Standing Offer to provide encasement of pre-existing badges for retiring members. The standing offer period is five years from the date of issuance; this solicitation is limited to Canadian content and only Canadian suppliers and suppliers of applicable trading partners are eligible. Offers must meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive, and the responsive offer with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for issuance. The solicitation is subject to multiple comprehensive land claims agreements listed in the tender documents, includes supplier integrity and compliance provisions under the RCMP's Ineligibility and Suspension Policy, encourages environmentally preferable packaging, and allows documents to be submitted in either official language of Canada.
