Prairie Spirit School Division is seeking qualified contractors, equipment dealers, and interested parties to remove and optionally purchase a 15-ton overhead crane and all associated components located at 22 Capital Circle, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. The successful proponent will assume full responsibility and all costs for planning, disconnection, dismantling, rigging, loading, transportation, permits, labor, equipment, site protection, and restoration of affected areas; under no circumstances will PSSD pay for removal and any proposal requesting payment from PSSD will be non-compliant. The crane is offered on an "as-is, where-is" basis with no warranties or guarantees; proponents may submit a financial offer for the crane and preference may be given to proposals that provide the greatest overall benefit to PSSD. The objective is to transfer ownership to a qualified proponent who will safely remove the crane at their sole expense while minimizing disruption to the building and operations. A mandatory site walk-through will be held Tuesday, November 3, 2026 at 10:00 am; meet at the front doors of the building.
