Natural Resources Canada (NRCan) is seeking a supplier to replace ten 60-minute wooden fire doors with new 60-minute steel fire-rated doors with rated vision panels at the Northern Forestry Centre in Edmonton to maintain compliance with the National Building Code of Canada, the Alberta Fire Code and internal fire safety requirements; the new doors must also comply with the National Building Code (NBC) and National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) standards. Attendance at a mandatory site visit is required on December 4, 2025 beginning at 10:00 am MST at 5320-122 Street, Edmonton; offerors must confirm attendance with the Contracting Authority by December 3, 2025 at 10:00 am MST, provide the names of their representatives, sign the attendance sheet, and confirm in their offer that they attended the mandatory site visit, otherwise Canada will declare the offer non-compliant.
