About

The Canadian Coast Guard, with assistance from Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC), is seeking potential shipbuilders and joint venture members through a fourth Request for Information (RFI) to update industry on the proposed procurement strategy and anticipated schedule for building Mid‑Shore Multi‑Mission (MSMM) vessels. The RFI annexes include context regarding upcoming Invitation to Qualify requirements, and some RFI content remains in development so respondents should not assume new clauses or requirements will not be added to any solicitation that may be published by Canada. Responses to Annex C questions are welcome and encouraged; potential respondents should deliver responses via the Event Messages tab in the SAP Business Network event by the RFI closing date and time, and those requesting a one‑on‑one meeting must send a message via the CanadaBuys Messages tab to the Contracting Authority on or before March 24, 2026.
