About

SAIT is seeking a supplier for high-quality food and beverage offerings within the Taylor Family Campus Centre and invites proposals for one or more of three spaces: a Coffee Shop, a Juice Bar, and the Stan Grad Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) Space. SAIT welcomes distinctive, engaging concepts that are innovative, financially sustainable, operationally efficient, and responsive to the evolving needs of the campus community; proposed offerings should align with the TFCC vision as a destination for student life, wellness, athletics, recreation, learning, events, and community connection, and vendors are encouraged to describe how their concepts will complement facility programming and capitalize on opportunities from daily campus activity, athletic competitions, tournaments, conferences, special events, and community gatherings.
